Aja Gaddie has worked as a political strategist, organizer, and the new Allegheny Facilitator. Her  work has sat at the intersection of culture, power, storytelling, and community impact. With nearly two decades of experience in electoral politics, civic engagement, nonprofit leadership, and program development, Aja has built a career helping communities, especially Black women and their extended communities turn lived experience into organized power.
