Edna Garcia-Dipini

Edna Garcia-Dipini is a Boricua creative leader, public innovator, social entrepreneur, and arts advocate dedicated to transforming communities through culture, storytelling, civic engagement, and youth leadership. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Edna has called Berks County, Pennsylvania, home for nearly two decades.
A graduate of the renownedFiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts, Edna began her professional career as a vocalist. During her senior year, she secured her first position with Video Music Box at WNYE-TV. That opportunity launched a 15-year career in the entertainment industry and established a strong foundation in media, production, communications, public relations, and community engagement.
Her professional journey includes serving as a Public Relations Officer for Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn and as a Latino Outreach Officer for Pennsylvania State Representative Dante Santoni. She is currently the Founder and CEO of FoxGlove Group LLC, a Berks County-based creative consulting and program management firm specializing in urban community development, arts and cultural programming, strategic partnerships, public relations, event production, storytelling, and branding.
Edna is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer ofRIZE Youth Arts Organization, a nonprofit organization that uses the arts to promote healthy lifestyles, strengthen families, prevent violence, advance youth leadership, and support social and criminal justice reform.

Edna is the creator of the Pennsylvania Youth Summit, a statewide, nonpartisan gathering that brings young people together for leadership development, civic education, arts engagement, advocacy, career exploration, and community building.
