Nicole Keels-McGruder

Nicole McGruder is the Founding Executive Director and CEO of Community Hero Action Group (CHAG), a nonprofit organization that empowers and mobilizes citizens to address social issues and promote civic engagement. She has years of experience in leading and executing local and statewide projects that aim to improve the quality of life and well-being of diverse communities. She is passionate about creating positive change and fostering collaboration among stakeholders, partners, and volunteers.
As a social innovator, activist, and community leader, Nicole has proven skills in workshop facilitation, team building, strategic planning, and oversight.
She is also a licensed broker in California and Pennsylvania.
